These are the average delivery times of our shipping service provider for the respective countries. Please note that deliveries can be delayed on weekends. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery days stated.

Our tattoo tights are delivered in sustainable packaging. We use folding bags made of recycled material to minimize our ecological footprint and offer you an environmentally friendly shopping experience. You are welcome to use the folding bag for further storage at home or when traveling.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.

All orders are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

If you order on the weekend, we will process your order the following Monday morning. Orders placed on a public holiday in Germany will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We do our best to get your order out of our warehouse as quickly as possible.

You, as our customer, are responsible for tracking your shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the shipping service provider will hold it for a few days and ask you to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a few days, the package will be returned to us.

If you refuse the package upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In both cases, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
