Our tights are true to size. If you are a little taller, we recommend choosing a size larger so that your legs have enough length. Thanks to the figure-shaping waistband, you don't have to sacrifice comfort.

What does Denier (DEN) mean?
Denier (DEN for short) is a unit of measurement for the density of fibers. Marc & Alice tights are made from 20 - 100 denier. Our 30 denier models are light and fine and also have a 40 denier reinforced foot area for extra durability.
What material are your tights made of?
Our tattoo tights do not itch and are particularly soft and breathable because they are made from extremely fine yarns. Nevertheless, they are durable. Unless otherwise specified, we use 90% nylon and 10% elastane. The production of our tights does not harm humans or animals, is certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX ® and is also tested for harmful substances.
What is the best way to wash my tights?
Wash your tights at 30 degrees Celsius, preferably in a delicates bag. Do not tumble dry, do not iron or bleach. You can find further tips in our care guide .
How is the price determined?
The majority of the price of our tights is due to the high-quality and fair production in Italy. Tights from Asia would of course be cheaper, but our quality is unbeatable and definitely worth the investment. After all, what use is a cheap pair of tights that have been transported halfway around the world and have a ladder the first time you wear them?
The second largest part of the costs are transport and logistics costs as well as packaging and the work of all our dedicated employees

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment providers:
PayPal, Apple Pay, AMZ Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX). Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

In which currencies can I pay?
If you pay directly by credit card, you can pay in your local currency.
Please note that PayPal applies its own exchange rate when processing through their system, which may result in a slight difference in the total price.
Do I have to create an account to pay?
No, you can also easily order from us as a guest.
However, in order to maintain a wish list, easily view your ordered items and invoices, and have a simplified exchange with us, an account is necessary
Where can I find my order confirmation/invoice?
You will receive the order confirmation/invoice for your order via email after completing the purchase.
If you have created an account, you can view your order confirmation and invoice there at any time.
What do I need to consider when paying with vouchers?
Vouchers contain a code. This can be entered at checkout and the value will be deducted from the final amount.
How can I apply discount codes from promotions?
The discount code can be entered during checkout. Its value will be deducted from the final amount.
Discount codes cannot always be used in conjunction with already reduced goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes retroactively.

How can I order?
You can place your order on our website by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and then completing the checkout process.
Is there a shipping charge?
The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. If you are shopping with us during a promotion with "free shipping", you will not be charged any shipping costs.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
Although our stock quantities are limited, we strive to ensure that all products are always in stock. However, if a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you a new delivery date.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return or exchange my product
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the goods. However, as tights are hygiene products, the goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
What do I do if I receive damaged packaging?
Our tights are tough and usually survive transport without any drama - unless someone sets fire to the package or plays "I can cut better" with it. If you do receive a damaged package, please contact the delivery person.
